Joe Dalman, CEO
With expertise in the Business Application integration space going back to 1988, Mr. Dalman combines a unique blend of Project Management and Enterprise Resource Planning expertise that has benefited 100’s of clients along the way. His business acumen includes being the Vice President of Professional Services and then Chief Operating Officer for a large software company. In addition, he has led integration and implementation projects at large SAP and Oracle ERP sites such as Chanel, Printronix, Revlon, Cisco, Samsung, 3M, Best Buy, Citgo Petroleum, HP, Kodak, Alcoa, Health Partners, WebMD, United Healthcare and many more. Mr. Dalman has a BS degree in Computer Science from Augsburg College. Mr. Dalman and his wife have four kids and he has been a downhill ski instructor for 33 years.
John Steveken, President
Since 1990, Mr. Steveken has been providing integration software and services platforms to companies of all sizes. He has led projects and implementation teams at companies like Cisco, Alcoa, Samsung, The Gap, Johnson & Johnson, Cargill, Sears, Petco, Schlumberger, Mobil, Ford, Razor USA and many more. Mr. Steveken was Vice President of Sales for a large software company and is responsible for Project Management and resource allocation at Data Integration Specialists. He leads a stable of expert Integration Consultants with impressive senior level skill sets and wide ranging product expertise. He has a BA degree in Business Marketing from the College of St. Thomas and he and his wife have 5 kids. He spends his free time coaching, golfing and running to and from athletic events.
